Sapphire, the leading provider of digital operations platform led transformation to mid-market and mid-enterprise companies, today announced it has extended its current agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and signed a strategic services agreement with Cloudreach to accelerate the adoption of cloud-delivered digital operations transformation services to its one thousand customers.
The agreements will see Sapphire grow its cloud services portfolio and transform its current hybrid-cloud platform into AWS over the coming two years, benefiting the company’s existing UK and US clients, and meeting the growing demand for cloud-led digital transformation services.

Cloudreach will provide a range of cloud strategy, cloud migration and support services to Sapphire as it transitions away from its current hosted platforms, and Sapphire’s agreement with AWS will see it more than quadruple its current platform consumption requirements.
