Today Cloudreach announced it has been certified as a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP). The invitation-only Azure Expert MSP pilot looks to create a high value MSP offering for Azure partners, making it easier for customers to discover partners who are the most capable of offering managed services for complex Azure environments. As a launch-day partner, Cloudreach will have a voice in the design of Microsoft’s programmatic offering. As customers move to the public cloud with increasing pace, they need partners with a deep level of cloud expertise and experience to guide them. Inclusion in the Microsoft Azure Expert MSP program required Cloudreach to demonstrate the following: a minimum of 15 full time employees who have passed specified exams or MooCs, confirmed external references and case studies, Azure Advanced Support for Partners and the successful completion of a robust MSP audit of people, processes and technology, conducted by an independent third-3rd party. Only the most high-fidelity cloud managed service providers are awarded the Azure Expert MSP badge, intended to give customers confidence when selecting a partner to help them meet their digital transformation goals. More importantly, participants like Cloudreach have a proven track record of taking on the most complex on-premise workloads and enabling them to thrive in Azure. Part of the Cloudreach “secret sauce” which enticed Microsoft to include them was their thoughtful, programmatic methodology of not only understanding a customer’s technical needs, but also evaluating their existing tooling, organization, and specific business challenges. Cloudreach applies its own custom software, people and processes to not only ensure a successful move to the cloud, but one that will evolve technically over time. “All of us at Cloudreach are thrilled to be part of the Azure Expert MSP pilot program. It is an honor for our managed services capabilities to be recognised, and reflects the hard work and dedication of our Cloudreach global delivery teams,” said Chris Opat, Global Head of Cloud Operations at Cloudreach. “The increase in demand for world-class Azure managed services is growing every day, and we welcome this distinction as another differentiator that separates Cloudreach from the competition. We look forward to further growing our strategic relationship with Microsoft and helping define the future of managed public cloud services with them.” Gavriella Schuster, corporate vice president, One Commercial Partner, Microsoft Corp. said, “We are excited to recognize Cloudreach as an Azure Expert MSP. The Azure Expert MSP program allows us to work with our partners and help them deliver high quality managed services on Azure.” You can learn more about the Azure MSP pilot program by visiting the Microsoft webpage here.
