Tara joined Cloudreach in January 2020 as Chief People Officer and became the Chief Operations Officer in 2022. Prior to this, Tara was Chief People Officer at Mind Gym, following several years as an interim and consultant HR Director for FinTechs facing change, transformation and regulatory hurdles, including Zopa, HSBC Digital and Wonga.

The foundations of Tara’s HR career were established in large multinationals including RBS, Lloyds Banking Group, BUPA and Marks & Spencer, with time spent living and working overseas in India and Australia.

Tara holds a BSc in Psychology from Manchester University and a MSc in Occupational Psychology from City University and was awarded the British Psychological Association’s national research prize for her study on unblocking women’s career progression barriers in city law firms.

​​Mari-Lou joined Cloudreach in 2019, bringing with her over a decade of Managed Services and Hybrid Cloud experience. Leading our global Professional services team, as they continued to deliver a world class customer experience whilst maintaining high internal engagement during the pandemic – has been a professional and personal highlight. 

A passionate and enthusiastic leader, Mari-Lou has a strong operational background and has utilized this to lead her teams through large scale global change, most recently demonstrated at Cloudreach during many organizational design and growth related challenges. 

Equally at home outdoors, she is a Master Scuba Diver and can be seen braving the chilly north Atlantic waters for fun.

Bernd joined Cloudreach in 2022, bringing with him 20+ years of experience in IT, Managed Services, UCaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services and SaaS. He leads Cloudreach’s Central Europe division as a General Manager, responsible for Sales, Solution Architects, Project Management and Professional Services teams.

Over the past 25 years, Bernd has held several management roles in Managed Services, Partner Management, Customer Success and Sales.

He holds a Master’s degree in engineering and business administration. Transformational projects and developing innovative business units is what he enjoys most.
