The customer’s operated multiple data warehouses were nearing the end of life. Their operational systems also needed to be replaced and de-risked. Their internal IT team were keen to leverage the power of Google Cloud to better serve their business needs and provide greater knowledge and insight from their data.
The customer had a requirement to identify a cloud-based Managed Service partner who had the capability to deliver high quality, innovative and cost-effective development and support services to enable them to keep one step ahead of our competitors and continue to lead the marketplace.
Cloudreach initially implemented a proof of value to show how GCP technologies could assist the customer in achieving their business objectives. The customers profits were being impacted by rising fuel costs. Leveraging traffic data, the POV provided recommendations, in real-time, on when their road-based freight could travel to reduce fuel costs and increase profitability.
Progressing from the POV, Cloudreach has now implemented a new data platform that aggregates data from multiple sources to extract insights to better serve the customer’s business objectives and replaces manual efforts with automation
