Cloudreach conducted a set of audits and simulation planning exercises to evaluate existing gaps, deficiencies and opportunities of its eCommerce platform. We then provided the retailer with a detailed report – including a series of recommendations for enhancements and remediation.

Additionally, Cloudreach provided architectural and engineering support in the weeks leading up to the Black Friday event.
