Cloudreach Talent Academy is an immersive program of accelerated, hands-on learning, intended to help diverse candidates launch their technical career in cloud computing.
Created in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, the program is designed to discover and nurture new cloud talent in line with our joint mission to create a more diverse and inclusive technical community.

The Academy trainees will start their Cloudreach career by enrolling on to a two year program with a clearly defined progression pathway.
The program kicks off with a 10 week immersive training to build a deep foundation in AWS Cloud skills. This will prepare the trainees for hands-on experience in a supportive project environment.
Over the two years Academy trainees will work in customer engagements building depth and breadth of knowledge in a variety of cloud technologies. They will be supported on the two year journey by trainers, mentors, line managers and by more experienced members of their project teams. As they gain experience they will be given more responsibilities, along the way, trainees will gain a number of AWS Certifications.

The interviews will be taking place in late January with an expected cohort start date in late February.
We will be running our third Talent Academy cohort in India in summer 2022.

Our Talent Academy assessment day is a great opportunity for you to get to know us better and for us to learn more about you.
We have designed our assessment criteria to be competency based rather than looking for specific technical skills. Our assessment day will be made up of these key components:
- Hear from our leadership
- Speak to a cloud engineer
- Speak to a professional services manager
You will hear back from one of our Talent Academy recruiters who will have an initial conversation with you. If all goes well, the next step after the conversation is to invite you to our assessment day for the program.
