zPaper is a company with the goal of helping organizations advance to meet their business objectives. The Company’s fax, form, document, and mobile technology solutions enable companies to focus on what is important through document automation. zPaper helps small to enterprise organizations extend their reach in document management.
zPaper is currently using Amazon Web Services to support their solution platform. The Company wanted assistance in validating its current AWS architecture to meet stringent security and compliance obligations. With many customers in the Healthcare industry, zPaper was required to pass HIPAA audits for its SaaS solutions residing in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, it needed to ensure that its AWS architecture was aligned to the regulations outlined in its Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
Cloudreach provided zPaper an assessment of its current AWS architecture with a best practices workshop. Relus reviewed recommendations for aligning the AWS infrastructure to zPaper’s security and compliance with HIPAA. To address their upcoming HIPAA audit, Cloudreach provided zPaper with a complete Web Application Security Assessment. The results of the assessment were delivered and discussed with the zPaper team during an on-site Security Workshop. Cloudreach developed a high-level design strategy based on the recommendations delivered in the workshop. Cloudreach then developed an ELK stack log management solution for zPaper.
With the help and expertise of the Cloudreach Team, zPaper passed its HIPAA audit and guaranteed alignment with all BAAs.
